Labor Inspectorate Training on Code of Conduct

The training initiative served as a valuable platform for the Labor Inspectorate, allowing its inspectors to delve into pivotal subjects concerning ethical conduct and anti-corruption measures. This engagement facilitated the acquisition of knowledge and tools requisite for upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity within their roles.

We are pleased to showcase our recent training sessions on "Code of Conduct and Anti-Corruption," a collaborative effort between our organization and the Kosovo Institute for Public Administration (IKAP). These training sessions were held on the 23rd, 26th and 27th of October 2023 in Prishtina. They were thoughtfully designed to cater to the specific needs of the Labor Inspectorate, particularly addressing the substantial increase in the number of inspectors in Kosova.

The training sessions were characterized by several key highlights. First and foremost, participants engaged in a comprehensive exploration of the importance of a robust Code of Conduct. Additionally, practical strategies were introduced to help identify and prevent corruption, with a specific emphasis on the unique context within Kosovo. Moreover, the training included a deep dive into real-world case studies and examples, with a particular focus on the specific circumstances within Kosovo. To encourage a deeper understanding, the sessions were designed to be interactive and engaging, complemented by question-and-answer sessions that facilitated meaningful discussions.

The dedication and active participation of the Labor Inspectorate, in conjunction with the invaluable support extended by our partner, IKAP, were pivotal in the successful execution of this training. Together, we are committed to the collective mission of cultivating an equitable and just work environment in Kosova.
