Why early education is important?

To mark International Children's Day, FES Kosovo supported a research analysis on the current stand of early education in Kosovo, and why effective early education is the ultimate solution to a healthy society. The research included a survey, which concluded that the majority of parents prefer having community-based kindergartens.
