Tokom oktobra, Nacionalni kongres mladih Kosova organizovao je 4 radionice u četiri opštine u kojima su mladi gimnazijalci i studenti učestvovali u diskusiji o relevantnim temama sa kojima se svakodnevno suočavaju.
Tako je 12. 10. 2018. godine, u opštini Lipljan održana prva radionica u oblasti obrazovanja, u kojoj su mladi i mlade imali priliku da izraze svoje ideje o aktivnostima koje bi trebalo da budu deo strategije rada Kongresa.
Dana 13.10.2018. godine, u Đakovici je organizovana radionica o izradi strategije rada koja se odnosi na temu zapošljavanja. Mladi i mlade učesnici/ce iz Prištine, Gnjilana, Uroševca, Glogovca, Prizrena, Peći i Đakovice predstavili su ideje o konkretnim koracima, aktivnostima i projektima za poboljšanje zaposlenosti na Kosovu.
Treća radionica održana je 24. oktobra 2018. godine u opštini Prizren, na temu: Socijalni i kulturni život mladih na Kosovu. Tokom ove radionice razgovarano je o postojećim problemima vezanim za ovu temu, a dati su i predlozi na osnovu zahteva izrađenih tokom radionice, u cilju poboljšanja aktuelnog stanja.
I poslednja radionica, u okviru ovog ciklusa radnih grupa Nacionalnog kongresa, održana je 25. oktobra 2018. godine u opštini Kamenica, na temu: Inkluzija omladine u donošenju odluka. Mladi iz Kamenice imali su priliku da stiču saznanja o pravima i mogućnostima da budu uključeni u proces donošenja odluka u svojoj opštini, kako bi poboljšali svoju situaciju, uključujući se u procesima donošenja odluka, koji se odnose na pitanja mladih. Sve preporuke i predlozi sa konkretnim aktivnostima, proizašli iz ovih radionica, biće predstavljeni i biće deo plana aktivnosti tokom radova za Kongresnu strategiju.
